He has played a key role in implementing development and maintenance projects, as well as in the efficient management and sustainable operation of high-value asset portfolios.

His experience extends to the economic planning and optimization of urban and suburban transport systems, fleet management, and the execution of EU public procurement procedures. He has been actively involved in organizational restructuring, integration processes, and mergers, ensuring operational stability and cost-efficiency throughout transitions. As a leader, he has consistently focused on aligning strategic vision with operational effectiveness and long-term sustainability.

He has demonstrated strong project management and systems development expertise through the supervision of complex supply chains and nationwide warehouse development programs. Managing multi-billion HUF budgets and leading teams of 200–250 professionals, he has continuously worked to optimize logistics processes, enhance service quality, and mitigate operational risks. Throughout his career, strategic thinking, organizational efficiency, and the transparent, results-oriented management of large-scale systems have been central to his professional approach.
